1. Scope and project
These Terms of Use apply to the independently operated CPDGD website, interface, support services and related CPDGD pages (“CPDGD,” “we,” “us”). CPDGD is separate from BaronFM and BRNFlow LLC. BaronFM may promote or use CPDGD as a reward-distribution asset but does not issue or administer CPDGD.
Blockchain networks and third-party wallet or market services are not operated or controlled by CPDGD merely because the interface links to or communicates with them.
2. Eligibility and responsibility
You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms and using digital-asset services in your location. You are responsible for determining whether your use is lawful and for any tax, reporting or regulatory obligations that apply to you.
You may not use the platform where doing so would violate applicable law, sanctions, court orders or contractual restrictions.
3. Self-custody wallets and transactions
- You control your wallet, private keys, recovery phrase and transaction approvals. We do not custody them.
- Never provide a private key, seed phrase or password to CPDGD support or any person claiming to represent CPDGD.
- Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. You must verify the network, token contract, receiving address, amount, approvals, lock period and fees before confirming.
- You are responsible for maintaining enough BNB for network fees and for the security and compatibility of your device and wallet.
- A wallet connection or displayed estimate does not itself guarantee that a transaction will succeed.
4. Platform services
The interface may provide token information, wallet balances, decentralized swap access, Self Earn locking, Locked Rewards activation and claim tools, public reward information and support functions. Features may be updated, suspended or discontinued for security, maintenance, legal or technical reasons.
Quotes, balances, APR figures, unlock times and transaction status depend on blockchain and third-party data. Confirm important information on-chain and in your wallet before acting.
5. Rewards, codes and lock conditions
Any CPDGD reward, grant, campaign or Self Earn position is governed by the specific rules and on-chain conditions shown for it. Eligibility does not create an unconditional right to payment until all applicable checks and requirements are satisfied.
- Reward codes may be limited to the intended eligible wallet and may be single-use.
- Locked assets generally cannot be claimed before the contract-defined unlock condition.
- Rates, principal, duration, eligibility window and claim method must be reviewed before activation or locking.
- Attempted duplication, manipulation, false information or abuse may lead to rejection or disqualification where permitted by the applicable rules.
6. Acceptable use
You must not interfere with the site, bypass access controls, exploit defects, automate abusive requests, impersonate another person, submit malicious code, manipulate campaign verification or use the services for fraud, money laundering or other unlawful activity.
7. Third-party services
The platform may interact with independent services such as wallet providers, Reown, BNB Smart Chain nodes, decentralized exchanges, BscScan, GeckoTerminal, hosting/CDN providers and linked social platforms. Their own terms, privacy practices, availability and risks apply. CPDGD is not responsible for an independent third party’s acts, outages, security or content.
8. No investment advice or guarantee
CPDGD is provided for utility and access purposes. Nothing on the platform is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, an offer of securities, or a promise of profit. Digital assets can lose some or all value. Historical or displayed rates do not guarantee future value, liquidity or results.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from defects. To that same extent, the CPDGD project will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from wallet compromise, user error, third-party failure, market movement, blockchain conditions or unauthorized approvals.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Updates, severability and contact
We may update these Terms when the services, risks or legal requirements change. The posted “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These Terms are governed by applicable law; mandatory consumer protections in your location remain unaffected.
