Risk Disclosure

Digital assets, self-custody wallets and smart contracts involve material risks. Only proceed when you understand them.

You can lose some or all value committed. CPDGD is not a bank deposit, is not insured, and does not guarantee profit, liquidity or a future market price.

1. Market price, liquidity and slippage

CPDGD’s market price may move rapidly and may decline to zero. Liquidity may be limited or disappear. A quoted price is not guaranteed until a transaction confirms. Large or volatile transactions can experience slippage, price impact or failed execution. Network fees may still be incurred for failed blockchain transactions.

2. Smart-contract and protocol risk

Smart contracts and connected protocols may contain defects, vulnerabilities, configuration errors or unexpected behavior. An audit, public code or prior successful use cannot eliminate risk. Contract upgrades, integrations or external dependencies may introduce additional risk.

3. Self-custody, phishing and approvals

You are responsible for your wallet security. A lost recovery phrase, compromised device, malicious browser extension, phishing site or exposed private key can result in permanent loss. Token approvals can give a contract permission to move assets; review approval amounts and revoke permissions you no longer need.

  • Use only the official domain and verify the CPDGD contract address.
  • Never disclose your recovery phrase, private key or wallet password.
  • Read the wallet confirmation screen before signing.
  • Consider a separate wallet and a small test transaction for unfamiliar activity.

4. Irreversible transactions and network conditions

Transactions sent to a wrong address or contract may be impossible to recover. BNB Smart Chain congestion, validator behavior, RPC outages, chain reorganization, gas-price changes or wallet errors can delay, reject or alter the expected timing of a transaction.

5. Lock and access risk

CPDGD placed into Self Earn, vault or Locked Rewards arrangements may be inaccessible until the on-chain unlock condition is met. Market conditions and your needs may change during that period. Do not lock assets you may need earlier. Check the exact duration, contract, principal, reward condition and claim method before confirming.

6. Third-party and interface risk

Wallet providers, Reown, RPC nodes, decentralized exchanges, market-data services, block explorers, hosting infrastructure and social platforms are independent services. They can fail, change, block access, be compromised or display inaccurate information. CPDGD cannot guarantee their availability or performance.

8. Make an informed decision

Nothing on the CPDGD website is investment, legal or tax advice. Evaluate the technology, contracts, rules and risks independently. Do not rely on promotional material, displayed APR, past activity or community statements as a guarantee.

If you do not understand a transaction, do not sign it. For interface support, contact baron@brnflow.com.
