1. Scope
This Privacy Notice applies to the independently operated CPDGD website, wallet-connected interface and support pages. CPDGD is separate from BaronFM and BRNFlow LLC. It does not replace the privacy notices of independent wallet providers, blockchain explorers, decentralized exchanges, social networks or other linked services.
2. Information we may process
Wallet and blockchain information
When you connect or enter a wallet address, the interface may process the public wallet address, selected network, token balances and public transaction or smart-contract data necessary to display or perform the requested function.
Support information
If you contact support, we may receive your email address, wallet address, transaction hash, selected issue type, message, ticket identifier and the page from which the request was submitted.
Technical information
Hosting, security and infrastructure services may record IP address, browser/user-agent, timestamps, requested pages, response codes and similar diagnostic or security logs. Functional browser storage may remember interface or wallet-connection state.
Information we do not request
We do not need your seed phrase, private key or wallet password. Do not provide them.
3. How information is used
- Provide wallet connection, balance, swap, lock, reward and claim interfaces.
- Verify relevant public on-chain status and campaign eligibility.
- Respond to support requests and investigate transaction issues.
- Protect the website, prevent abuse and maintain reliability.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce platform rules.
- Improve usability and diagnose technical problems.
Depending on applicable law, processing may rely on performance of requested services, legitimate interests in security and operation, consent where required, or legal obligations.
5. Public and permanent blockchain records
BNB Smart Chain is a public blockchain. Wallet addresses, token transfers, approvals, contract interactions and related timestamps may be publicly visible and replicated by third parties. We cannot edit or erase records written to a public blockchain. Even where a wallet address is pseudonymous, activity may become linkable to a person through other information.
6. Browser storage, security and retention
The interface may use local storage or similar technologies for essential state such as wallet session preferences or interface behavior. Your wallet and browser may use additional storage under their own policies.
Support records and technical/security logs are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for support, fraud prevention, security, recordkeeping and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized where practical. No internet or blockchain system can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your choices and privacy rights
You may disconnect your wallet, clear site data in your browser, avoid submitting optional support information, or use a public blockchain explorer without connecting through this interface.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and to complain to a competent data-protection authority. These rights may be limited where information must be retained by law or exists permanently on a public blockchain.
8. Contact and updates
For a privacy request, email baron@brnflow.com with enough information for us to understand and verify the request. Never send a private key or seed phrase.
We may update this Notice to reflect service, provider or legal changes. The current version is identified below.
